About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Custom Software Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization, development, integration, and technical problem-solving , along with the ability to work as an SME and collaborate across multiple teams.

You will be responsible for leading development activities, providing technical solutions, mentoring team members, and ensuring successful delivery of project milestones while aligning technical solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM technical solutions.
- Collaborate with and support team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Take ownership of technical decisions and provide solutions to complex problems.
- Work with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and architectural decisions.
- Lead and coordinate development activities to meet project milestones and timelines.
- Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionalities based on business requirements.
- Design and implement integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within CRM environments.
- Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing and technical best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Technical Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE .
- Experience in CRM customization and extension.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies .
- Experience developing and implementing CRM integrations with enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of scripting languages and tools used for Dynamics CRM customization.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in CRM environments.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript and Dynamics CRM development.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Plugins, Workflows and Web API .
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations .
- Exposure to Power Platform / Power Automate .
- Experience working as a Technical Lead, Technical Consultant, SME, or Senior Dynamics CRM Developer .
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and mentoring skills.

Education & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office .
