Job Role: Medical Representative (MR)

- Promote DakshinRehab’s specialised rehabilitation services across Hyderabad through field-based healthcare marketing.

- Visit hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare professionals to introduce the organisation’s services.

- Develop and maintain professional referral relationships with doctors, surgeons, physiotherapists, hospital coordinators, and other healthcare professionals.

- Generate relevant patient enquiries and referrals for rehabilitation services.

- Follow up regularly with existing and prospective referral partners.

- Identify patients who may require physiotherapy, neurorehabilitation, prosthetics, orthotics, and amputee rehabilitation.

- Coordinate referred patients with the DakshinRehab clinic team.

- Maintain detailed records of hospital/clinic visits, contacts, follow-ups, referrals, and outcomes.

- Plan and execute daily and weekly field visits efficiently.

- Prepare regular reports covering visits, leads, referrals, and relationship development.

- Represent DakshinRehab professionally during hospital visits, meetings, and healthcare events.

- Communicate clinical services accurately without making unrealistic treatment promises or misrepresenting patient outcomes.

- Identify new opportunities for patient referrals and healthcare partnerships.

- Independently plan and execute field visits.

Referral Relationship Management

- Build genuine and professional relationships with referral sources.

- Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups with doctors and healthcare professionals.

- Develop new hospital and clinic partnerships.

- Track referral outcomes and relationship development.

Patient Referral Coordination

- Identify appropriate patient referral opportunities.

- Coordinate referred patients with the clinic team.

- Ensure smooth communication between referral partners and DakshinRehab.

- Track enquiries, referrals, and outcomes.
