Role & responsibilities
- Promote products to doctors, clinics, and healthcare practitioners.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and retailers.
- Conduct regular doctor visits as per the territory plan.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Ensure proper product availability at pharmacies and distributors.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year as Medical Representative (Pharma experience preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Valuable knowledge of the pharmaceutical
- Must have bike and valid license
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Upto 3 LPA (Based on Experience and Current CTC)
- Allowances: As per company policy
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives
