Role Description The Mechanical Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Samastipur.

The Mechanical

Engineer will design and develop mechanical components and systems that support electrical and electronic manufacturing operations, ensuring performance, safety, and reliability. Daily responsibilities include preparing detailed 3D models and drawings using CAD tools, performing calculations and simulations to validate designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical and electrical systems. The role also involves participating in research and development activities, supporting prototypes and testing,



troubleshooting mechanical issues on the shop floor, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

The Mechanical

Engineer will assist in project planning, track progress against technical milestones, and provide documentation and reports as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, with the ability to apply core principles to industrial manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in Machine Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating detailed models, drawings, and assemblies.
- Experience or aptitude in Research and Development (R&D;), including testing, analysis, and iterative improvement of mechanical systems.
- Project Management skills to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials selection, and basic quality and safety standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Samastipur, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, and capability to document designs, test results, and technical reports.
- Experience in industrial or electrical/electronic manufacturing settings is an advantage.
