Job Summary

Triosys Technosol is looking for a technically strong and passionate Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Mechanical Design Team. The candidate will be responsible for developing practical mechanical designs, creating detailed engineering drawings, and supporting product development from concept to manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop 3D mechanical models, assemblies, and product designs.
- Prepare detailed 2D engineering drawings with appropriate dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
- Apply GD&T; principles to engineering drawings.
- Design components and assemblies considering DFM (Design for Manufacturing).
- Work on sheet metal, machining, fabrication, and mechanical assemblies.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to convert designs into functional products.
- Review and improve existing designs for manufacturability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Support prototype development, testing, and design modifications.
- Maintain proper design documentation and revision control.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of Fusion 360.
- Working knowledge of CATIA / AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
- Understanding of DFM, machining, sheet metal, and fabrication processes.
- Valuable mechanical design and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on real-world product development projects.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Hands-on experience in mechanical product development and manufacturing will be an advantage.

Triosys Technosol is looking for enthusiastic Mechanical Design Interns who are interested in learning and working on real-world mechanical design and product development projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in creating 3D models and mechanical assemblies.
- Prepare basic 2D engineering drawings.
- Assist engineers in developing mechanical components and products.
- Support prototype development and design modifications.
- Learn and apply DFM, machining, sheet metal, and fabrication concepts.
- Work with the engineering team on practical product development projects.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of SolidWorks.
- Basic knowledge of Fusion 360.
- Familiarity with CATIA / AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of mechanical design and engineering drawings.
- Good problem-solving and learning ability.
- Willingness to work hands-on with real-world engineering projects.
