We are looking for an experienced MDM Architect with strong hands-on expertise in designing and building MDM data models from the ground up for a custom MDM solution.

Title: MDM Data Architect / MDM Solution Architect

Experience : 15+Years

Location: Bengaluru/Noida

Key Responsibilities

- Design scalable MDM data models based on business and data requirements.
- Define entities, attributes, relationships, hierarchies, identifiers, and reference data.
- Design golden-record, match/merge, survivorship, and source-of-truth strategies.
- Analyze source systems and define source-to-target mappings into the MDM model.
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models and technical design documentation.
- Translate business requirements into MDM architecture and underlying data structures.
- Work closely with business, data, integration, and engineering teams to drive end-to-end MDM solution design.
- Guide implementation of the designed model using Informatica MDM, Reltio, Profisee, or similar platforms, where applicable.
- Since the MDM solution is being custom-built, the Architect must be capable of designing and building the underlying MDM data model and architecture,



rather than relying primarily on configuration of an existing MDM platform. Candidates who are solid in platform configuration but lack hands-on experience in designing the underlying model may struggle in this role.

Must Have

- Strong experience as an MDM/Data/Solution Architect.
- Proven hands-on experience designing and building MDM data models.
- Strong understanding of MDM entities, attributes, relationships, hierarchies, golden records, match/merge, survivorship, and data governance.
- Experience working with complex enterprise data and multiple source systems.
- Strong architecture, data modeling, technical design, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to explain and defend MDM design decisions based on business requirements and data characteristics.

Preferred

- Experience with Informatica MDM, Reltio, Profisee, Stibo, Ataccama, or similar MDM technologies.
- Experience across Customer, Product, Supplier, Organization, Location, or other master-data domains.
- Experience with source-system analysis, data quality, data integration, and enterprise data governance
