Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies.
- Generate high-quality leads through digital and offline campaigns.
- Manage and optimize social media marketing activities.
- Plan and oversee promotional campaigns and branding initiatives.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Build partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage local marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop marketing content and advertisements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Business Development.




- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns independently.
