Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and manage our overall marketing function. The candidate will be responsible for driving digital marketing initiatives, brand positioning, team management, and multiple branding verticals.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns, creative communication, brand visibility, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and mentor the complete Digital Marketing Team.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and branding strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee multiple marketing and branding verticals, including Digital Marketing, Social Media, Brand Management, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO/SEM, and Creative Communication.
- Plan and execute campaigns to enhance brand awareness, visibility, lead generation, and business growth.
- Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and communication across all business verticals and platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets, ROI, and key performance indicators.




- Guide the team in developing creative campaigns, content strategies, and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, management, external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present strategies and insights to management.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Integrated Marketing.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a marketing/digital marketing team.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media, SEO, SEM, performance marketing, branding, and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and marketing verticals simultaneously.
- Strategic mindset with a strong focus on business growth and measurable results.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry or a related service industry will be an added advantage.

Education MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field will be preferred. Candidates with relevant experience and a strong track record will also be considered.
