Role Description The Marketing Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohpa. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across all Glen Group business verticals to strengthen brand visibility and support revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and overseeing campaigns, managing marketing budgets, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing initiatives.

The Marketing

Director will also lead market research, guide digital and traditional marketing efforts, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. In addition, this role involves mentoring the marketing team, setting clear goals,



and aligning marketing activities with the company’s overall business objectives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, brand management, and campaign planning, with the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing initiatives.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including experience supervising marketing teams, providing coaching, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in digital marketing disciplines such as social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools to measure and improve performance.
- Solid background in market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities and guide strategic direction.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are an asset.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within multi-vertical or multi-brand organizations.
- Ability to work in office in Mohpa, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
