nn About the Role

nAjanta Pharma Limited is looking for an experienced Manager / Sr. Manager – Business Development (LatAm) to support and grow our business across Latin American markets.

nThe ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B business development, distributor/partner management, commercial negotiations and market analysis , along with a good understanding of regulatory requirements in Latin American markets.

nn Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate B2B partners and distributors and manage relationships with external partners.
n
- Develop commercial proposals and negotiate partnership agreements.
n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Legal,



Finance and Supply Chain .
n
- Evaluate and analyze market data to identify new product and business opportunities.
n
- Develop business models and prepare P&L; for potential opportunities.
n
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of regulatory requirements across Latin American markets, particularly Brazil, Mexico, Columbia and Chile .
n

nn Candidate Profile

- B.Pharm / MBA qualification.
n
- 7–9 years of relevant experience for Manager level.
n
- 10–12 years of relevant experience for Sr. Manager level.
n
- Strong experience in Business Development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
n
- Experience in distributor/partner identification and relationship management.
n
- Strong commercial negotiation and analytical skills.
n
- Positive understanding of Latin American markets and regulatory requirements.
n
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
