Client is an established manufacturer of electronic components, serving a range of industrial and commercial customers. The company focuses on quality, reliability, and timely delivery of products to support client operations. Team members collaborate across production, purchasing, and logistics to maintain efficient supply chains and inventory management.

Role Description The Manager (Purchase & Stores) role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The manager will oversee all purchasing activities, including vendor selection, price negotiations, and purchase order management, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and components. He will supervise stores operations, including inventory control, stock receipt and issue, documentation, and coordination with production to maintain optimal stock levels.

The role includes monitoring supplier performance, resolving discrepancies, improving purchasing and stores processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to support production schedules,



maintain accurate records, and implement best practices in materials management.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Experience in Retail Sales or similar commercial environments, with an understanding of supply, demand, and stock movement.
- Excellent Organization Skills for inventory control, documentation, and managing multiple purchasing and stores activities.
- Ability to provide Training and guidance to stores and purchasing staff to maintain consistent processes and standards.
- Prior experience in procurement, inventory management, or materials management in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems and basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, email).
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, optimize stock levels, and support cost-control and process-improvement initiatives.
