Job Title: On-Site OT Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible On-Site OT Executive to manage the day-to-day execution of Operation Theatre (OT) projects at hospital sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution while maintaining quality standards and meeting client expectations.

This role requires relocation based on project requirements. The selected candidate must be willing to stay at the assigned project location until project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day on-site activities for OT project execution.
- Coordinate with hospital authorities, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project progress.
- Monitor site work and ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Review and explain project drawings/layouts to clients and site teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Resolve on-site issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and company quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities, material movement, and project updates.
- Support project planning, installation, and commissioning activities as required.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the client during project execution.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Biomedical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.




- 3–5 years of experience in site management, project execution, or OT/healthcare infrastructure projects.
- Experience in vendor management and client coordination is essential.
- Ability to understand and interpret engineering or project drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Relocation Requirement

- The position is initially based in Hisar, Haryana.
- The selected candidate must be willing to relocate to any project location across India as assigned by the company.
- The candidate will be required to stay at the project location for the duration of the project.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
