Premier Fine Linens Private Limited is looking for an experienced Production skilled to lead manufacturing operations and drive productivity, efficiency, quality and on-time delivery at our large-scale manufacturing facility in Pollachi.

- Location: Pollachi, Tamil Nadu

- Experience: 15+ years
- Industry: Large-scale manufacturing
- Shift: Candidates should be willing to work in shifts
- Relocation: Candidates should be willing to relocate to Pollachi along with family and reside in company-provided family quarters.
- Compensation: Based on experience, capability and suitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day production operations and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Drive productivity, capacity utilisation, efficiency and manpower optimisation.
- Ensure on-time production in line with production plans and customer requirements.
- Monitor and improve key production KPIs including efficiency, output, productivity, downtime and utilisation.
- Work closely with Planning, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance and HR to achieve operational targets.
- Drive Right First Time,



defect reduction and process discipline across production operations.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve throughput.
- Ensure effective utilisation of manpower, machines, materials and other production resources.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction and operational excellence initiatives.
- Develop and mentor production teams and build a strong performance-oriented culture.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company operating standards.

Ideal Candidate
- 15+ years of experience in Production / Manufacturing Operations in a large-scale factory environment.
- Proven experience in leading production teams and achieving challenging production targets.
- Strong understanding of productivity, capacity planning, manpower management and process improvement.
- Experience in Home Textiles will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts is essential.
- Willingness to relocate to Pollachi along with family and stay in company-provided family quarters.
