Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate will be based at Mumbai and responsible for developing international sales, marketing and business development strategies for medical devices in gynaecology segment and Medicines across assigned international markets including ROW/Europe and other Markets.
2. Candidate will be responsible for achieving country-wise sales targets, revenue budgets and business growth objectives for assigned territories.
3. Candidate should have experience in identifying and developing new international markets, customers, distributors, channel partners and business opportunities for existing and new products.
4. Candidate will be responsible for managing existing overseas distributors and strengthening long-term business relationships to drive sustainable business growth.
5. Candidate should have experience in conducting international market research, competitor analysis and identifying new business opportunities and potential markets.
6. Candidate will be responsible for handling international enquiries, quotations, commercial negotiations, order follow-ups, sales forecasting and achievement of export sales targets.
7. Candidate should have experience in coordinating with Regulatory Affairs, QA, Production, Supply Chain and Finance teams for product registration, regulatory documentation and smooth execution of export orders.
8. Candidate will be responsible for participating in international exhibitions, medical conferences, customer visits and distributor meetings,



along with preparing MIS, sales reports, market updates and business forecasts for management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Candidate should have a Graduate / Post Graduate degree or MBA in Marketing, International Business, 1218 years of experience in international sales, export marketing, business development or international marketing for medical devices in gynaecology segment and Medicines across assigned international markets including ROW/Europe and other Markets.
2. Candidate should have proven hands-on experience in international business development, export sales and managing overseas distributors and channel partners.
3. Candidate should have strong experience in developing new export markets, acquiring international customers and independently managing assigned international territories.
4. Candidate should have valuable knowledge of international market practices, medical-device/pharma regulatory requirements, commercial negotiations and export business processes.
5. Candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills, along with a strong commercial and result-oriented approach and willingness to travel internationally.
