Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manager role based in Bhopal. The Manager will oversee day-to-day project operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that project milestones and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include planning resources, monitoring progress and budgets, resolving operational issues, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The Manager will prepare reports, support decision-making for senior leadership, and foster effective communication among internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves driving continuous improvement, supporting innovation,



and promoting a culture of accountability and performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management and operational planning skills, including experience in scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
- Candidates should possess leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams, delegate effectively, and manage performance.
- Candidates should possess communication and stakeholder management skills, including clear reporting, negotiation, and collaboration with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, assess risks, and implement practical solutions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of EPC or infrastructure sectors, with familiarity in road or civil construction projects considered an advantage.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and basic financial and budgeting concepts is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Bhopal, adapt to dynamic project environments, and adhere to safety and regulatory standards is required.
