- Maintaining of Documentation for office vehicles, staff mess, printing materials etc.
- Arranging transportation and accommodation for office staff.
- Take care of Labor camp and follow up the general facilities like water, electricity accommodation and transportation.
- Follow up the cleaning of labors camp.
- Resourcing of labors/contractors.
- Having big Data Bank of contractors.
- Arranging time the accommodation in time of recent labor reaching at camp.
- Daily counting of labors in morning.
- Sending labors from camp to site for work.
