We have an exciting opportunity to join the Administrator Governance Center of Excellence (CoE), responsible for the governance, oversight and strategic management of Macquarie Asset Management's (MAM) global fund administration partners. The team works closely with senior stakeholders and service providers to drive performance excellence, risk management, digitalisation and strategic transformation initiatives across the fund administration operating model.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will play a key role in overseeing MAM's strategic fund administration partnerships and driving initiatives that enhance service delivery, governance and operational efficiency. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across MAM and external partners to deliver performance improvement, digitalisation and operating model transformation outcomes.
What you offer
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred, with experience in asset management, financial services, governance, consulting, transformation, or related disciplines; exposure to fund administration, private markets, or third-party service provider management is advantageous.
- Strategic partner governance capability, with demonstrated success in overseeing third-party service providers, driving performance accountability, and ensuring effective governance outcomes.
- Solid stakeholder collaboration and influencing skills,
with the ability to work across business, operations, risk, and supplier governance functions to deliver strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Advanced analytical capability in assessing performance, risk, and service delivery trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations and informed decision-making.
- Executive communication and reporting expertise, with the ability to develop and deliver governance reporting, business cases, and presentations to senior leadership and external partners.
- Proven relationship management and change leadership skills, with the ability to drive outcomes in complex, global, and matrixed environments.
