Role Description The Management Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The intern supports day-to-day operations across content, marketing, and administrative functions, helping coordinate projects and ensure smooth execution of digital media initiatives.

Typical responsibilities include assisting with planning and scheduling content, maintaining documentation and reports, and supporting communication between teams such as editorial, production, and marketing. The intern may help with basic data collection and analysis, event coordination, and research on audience trends or partner opportunities.



This role offers hands-on exposure to digital media management, providing training and guidance from senior team members while contributing to real-time projects.

Qualifications

- Ability to support project coordination and operational workflows, including scheduling, documentation, and task tracking.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in handling multiple assignments.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration and professional correspondence.
- Basic familiarity with digital media platforms, social media, and content-driven environments.
- Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, task management tools) and learning recent systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct basic research, summarize findings, and present insights clearly.
- Demonstrated initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Management, Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Interest in journalism, storytelling, or digital content and a strong ethical approach to media and information.
