Role & responsibilities

1. Experience in driving such large sites independently (50 to 80 members team), should have successfully handled team of technicians & engineers.

2.should be technically capable to address technical issues with mechanical, electrical & instrumentation. 3.Should be well conversant with operation & maintenance of utilities, EHS equipment's and plant equipment's. 4.Should be capable to address administrative aspects of site managements such as attrition, enhancing training skills, answering to customer and inculcating safety practices

Should have knowledge of ISO system, documentation & possess solid analytical & communication skills.

1. Should be able to work on PC for various reports making, able to guide & lead the team. Should be familiar with safety norms.
2. Should able to be increased Skill level of Site employee.
3. Should Able to handle HR and IR Issue at Site.
