Sr NoResponsibilities

1 Plan, execute, and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for all plant machinery.

2 Ensure maximum machine uptime by analyzing MTTR, MTBF, and OEE.

3 Implement and monitor TPM, 5S, Poka-Yoke, and Kaizen for process reliability.

4 Identify, procure, and maintain critical spares for all equipment.

5 Drive low-cost automation solutions to improve plant efficiency.

6 Maintain maintenance documentation and standard operating procedures.

7 Plan and execute projects related to plant machinery, utilities, and equipment upgrades.

8 Conduct breakdown analysis and implement Corrective Actions (CA) / Preventive Actions (PA).

9 Monitor energy consumption and implement technical measures for optimization.

10 Ensure proper preventive maintenance of all critical machines to achieve zero breakdowns.BPaint Shop Management:1Maintain and monitor spray booths, ovens, mixers, and conveyors.2Ensure paint viscosity, temperature,



and environmental controls for consistent quality.3Implement preventive maintenance and safety compliance specific to the paint shop.3Optimize paint usage and reduce wastage.4Coordinate with production to minimize equipment downtime.5Monitor machine performance and process efficiency across the plant.
