We’re looking for Machine Learning Engineers to join our team and build production-grade ML systems powering real-time personalization, recommendation, and ranking experiences at scale.

? Machine Learning Engineer I | ML I

? Experience: 3–5 Years

What we’re looking for:

- Strong fundamentals in Machine Learning, Statistics, Probability & Linear Algebra
- Hands-on experience with Regression, Classification, Clustering, Recommendation & Time Series
- Strong Python with production-ready coding experience
- Solid SQL – CTEs, Window Functions, Conditional Aggregation & Analytical Queries
- Experience with Feature Engineering, Model Evaluation & Validation
- Knowledge of AUC, NDCG, Precision/Recall & F1
- Experience deploying ML models into production
- Understanding of Model Monitoring, Observability, Logging & Debugging
- Exposure to Airflow, Prefect or similar orchestration tools
- Exposure to Cloud & MLOps
- Understanding of ETL, Data Pipelines & Medallion Architecture

⭐ Good to Have:

- Feature Stores & Online/Offline Feature Serving
- Real-time model serving & latency-sensitive inference
- Databricks / Snowflake
- Retail domain experience
- Personalization / Recommendation Systems

? Machine Learning Engineer II | ML II ? Experience: 5–7 Years

What we’re looking for:

- Strong expertise across the end-to-end ML lifecycle
- Experience building scalable,



production-grade ML pipelines and systems serving real users at scale
- Strong understanding of Model Observability, Drift Detection, Retraining Strategies & Performance Optimization
- Strong Python with data manipulation and algorithm-solving skills
- Strong SQL – Window Functions, Self-Joins, Conditional Aggregation, Date Arithmetic & Performance Optimization
- Strong understanding of ETL, Data Engineering & Medallion Architecture
- Hands-on experience with MLOps, MLflow, GitLab CI/CD or similar
- Experience with Cloud Platforms & Distributed ML Environments
- Experience with Docker & Model Serving using Triton, TorchServe, ONNX, FastAPI or similar
- Experience with Feature Stores / Online Feature Serving – Feast, Redis, DynamoDB, Tecton or similar
- Hands-on API Development using FastAPI, Flask, Django or similar
- Ability to translate business problems into ML solutions
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and drive technical discussions

? What You’ll Work On Build and scale real-time AI personalization platforms , taking ML solutions from feature engineering → model development → deployment → serving → monitoring → optimization .
