Urgent Hiring || Business Presentation & Visual Communication Specialist || Gurgaon II Experience: 03-5yrs

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Business Presentation & Visual Communication Specialist to transform complex business, technical and strategic information into compelling visual presentations. The ideal candidate will create high-impact presentations, pitch decks, executive reports and marketing collateral that effectively communicate ideas to clients, senior leadership, investors and other stakeholders and also should have strong storytelling ability & design thinking mindset.

#keyresponsibilities

•Design qualified, visually compelling presentations for executive meetings, client proposals, investor pitches, product launches and conferences.

•Transform complex business, technical & financial information into clear, engaging visual narratives.

•Develop high-quality presentations with consistent branding, layouts, animations, icons, infographics and data visualizations.

•Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Presales, Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to understand presentation objectives and audience requirements.

•Create executive dashboards, reports, one-pagers, brochures, company profiles & other business communication materials.

•Ensure all presentation materials comply with corporate branding and visual identity guidelines.

•Enhance presentations through storytelling techniques, impactful graphics, and concise messaging.





•Manage multiple presentation projects while meeting tight deadlines.

•Continuously improve presentation templates, design assets, and communication standards.

#requiredskills:

•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

•Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

•Experience with Figma, Canva or other visual design tools.

•Expertise in creating professional, engineering product-grade presentations and visual content.

•Strong presentation storytelling & information design skills.

•Ability to simplify complex technical and business concepts into easy-to-understand visuals.

•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

#preferredqualifications:

•3+years of experience in presentation design, business communications, visual storytelling, or corporate branding.

•Experience creating presentations for executive leadership, consulting firms, technology companies, or B2B organizations.

•Experience creating product/ consulting / corporate strategy presentations

•Understanding of data visualization and infographic design
