Role & responsibilities

- Provide end-user support for SAP SuccessFactors login/access issues and day-to- day HRIS queries, ensuring timely resolution within defined TAT/SLA.

- Manage end-to-end functional support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management, including L1/L2 support for other SuccessFactors modules.

- Coordinate with implementation/support partners for incident resolution, ticket management, defects and enhancement requests; conduct RCA and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.

- Lead and support year-end and annual HRIS activities, including leave carry-forward, holiday calendar maintenance, temporary time-off setup, work schedule updates, and system roll-over activities.

- Conduct user training, system demonstrations, awareness sessions, and develop/maintain user guides, SOPs, FAQs, and knowledge resources to improve system adoption.

- Develop and automate HR dashboards, Story Reports, MIS, and workforce analytics, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, governance, and timely reporting.

- Conduct periodic HRIS data and configuration audits and manage role-based access controls, system security, and audit-ready documentation.

- Identify and implement opportunities for HR process automation,



including employee lifecycle workflows, reminders, escalations, notifications, and approval processes.

- Manage HRIS enhancement requests end-to-end, including requirement gathering, BRD preparation, stakeholder alignment, testing/UAT, deployment, and post-production monitoring.

- Support HR system integrations and interfaces and coordinate with IT/implementation partners for resolution of integration-related issues.

- Explore and leverage SAP SuccessFactors tools, features, and add-ons to enhance HR process efficiency, reporting capabilities, and user experience.

- Track and demonstrate productivity and efficiency gains delivered through automation and HR digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4-8 years of experience in HRIS/HR Technology roles.

- Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules

- Solid exposure to HR reporting, Story Reports, Workforce Analytics, and dashboards.

- Experience in HR process automation, system enhancements and integrations.

- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and HR Analytics.

- Experience managing vendors, implementation partners, and business stakeholders
