? What You’ll Do
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities.
- Research potential clients and markets.
- Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, calls and other channels.
- Generate qualified leads and help convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Support proposals, presentations and commercial discussions.
- Track leads, follow-ups and business development activities.
- Contribute ideas for expanding BitWise Solutions into new markets.
?? What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation or IT Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and digital business outreach.
- Ability to research prospects and identify potential opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Basic understanding of software development, web/mobile applications, AI/ML or IT services will be an advantage.
? Growth OpportunityThis role is designed for someone who wants to grow with a technology company. Your initial compensation will be ₹6,000–₹8,000 per month on a contractual basis. As you demonstrate consistent performance, generate qualified opportunities and contribute to business growth, compensation and responsibilities will be increased accordingly.
