We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator with hands-on experience in FTL (Full Truck Load) and Transportation Operations.
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of vehicle placement, route planning, transporter/vendor management, trip coordination, and freight negotiation.
Candidates with relevant experience in the Jaipur or Delhi transportation market will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and allocate vehicles for daily FTL shipments.
- Coordinate with transporters, truck owners, drivers, customers, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely vehicle placement and smooth trip execution.
- Monitor ongoing trips and resolve operational issues.
- Manage transporter/vendor relationships and follow up for vehicle availability.
- Negotiate freight rates with transporters and vendors.
- Coordinate vehicle movement and ensure timely updates.
- Maintain daily operational reports and MIS using Excel.
- Support day-to-day traffic and transportation operations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational processes.
- Strong knowledge of FTL & Transportation Operations
- Good knowledge of local transportation/vendor markets
- Vendor and transporter management skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle multiple trips and operational issues
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
Qualification:
- Graduate preferred
- MBA in Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations will be an added advantage
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in FTL, Transportation, or Logistics Operations.
- FTL/Transportation experience is mandatory.
- Candidates from unrelated logistics backgrounds may not be considered.
- Experience in the Jaipur or Delhi transportation market is preferred.
- Candidate should have hands-on experience in vehicle placement, vendor management, and trip coordination.
- Candidates with only warehouse, courier, inventory, or delivery experience may not be suitable for this role.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
