Role Description The Logistic Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thrissur.

The Logistic

Executive will coordinate daily transportation schedules, manage bookings, and ensure timely movement of guests, vehicles, and travel-related materials. This role involves monitoring inventory and resources, liaising with vendors and internal teams, and resolving logistical issues to maintain smooth operations.

Executive will handle customer queries related to logistics, maintain accurate records and documentation,



and support the sales and operations teams with information on availability, routes, and costs. The role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and responsiveness to changing travel plans and operational demands.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in logistics management and supply chain management to plan routes, manage resources, and optimize operations.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills to support package offerings, vendor coordination, and service upgrades.
- Ability to use MS Office or similar tools for scheduling, documentation, and reporting, along with basic data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to work under time-sensitive conditions.
- Prior experience in travel, tourism, transport coordination, or related logistics roles is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or tourism management is beneficial.
