Hiring: Swedish Speakers – Freelance Transcription Project

XLAIRS is looking for highly fluent Swedish speakers to join an upcoming remote freelance transcription project supporting AI and language technology.

At XLAIRS, we work on deep-data LLM projects, helping train and improve AI models through high-quality language data. Our work spans transcription, translation, audio, and video data, supporting AI projects across multiple languages and global markets.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for Swedish speakers with:

- Fluent, high-level proficiency in Swedish
- Strong English communication and comprehension skills
- Excellent listening and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to accurately understand and transcribe spoken Swedish
- Valuable understanding of Swedish vocabulary, grammar, and everyday speech
- Ability to follow project guidelines and quality standards
- Previous experience in transcription, translation, linguistic projects,



annotation, or AI data is a plus, but not required
