The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in LabVantage LIMS, Bartender, and a solid understanding of CSV deliverables and activities such as IQ, OQ, PQ.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical and functional support for LabVantage LIMS.

- Work with Bartender for label design and printing integration.

- Write and optimize SQL queries to support LIMS operations.

- Handle CSV (Computer System Validation) documentation and deliverables, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).

- Work in a SaaS-based setting with focus on data integrity and compliance.

- Troubleshoot LIMS-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and support of LIMS workflows.
