? HIRING | LEGAL – LOAN AGAINST SECURITIES (LAS)

A leading Wealth Management & Financial Services organization is looking for an experienced Legal Professional to join its Mumbai team.

? Position

Legal Manager / Senior Legal Manager/AVP – Loan Against Securities

? Location: Mumbai

? CTC: Up to ₹25 LPA

? Experience: 5+ Years

? Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal assistance for Loan Against Securities (LAS) transactions

• Draft, review & negotiate contractual agreements and lending documentation

• Handle Legal Due Diligence for borrowers, securities & transactions

• Review Loan Agreements, Pledge Agreements, Indemnities, Undertakings & Security

Documents

- Identify and mitigate legal & documentation risks
- Support regulatory and compliance requirements across lending and securities transactions
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on documentation, notices,



disputes & enforcement matters

? Ideal Candidate

✔️ LLB / LLM

✔️ 5+ years of relevant legal experience

✔️ Experience in LAS / Lending / NBFC / Banking / Capital Markets / Financial Services

✔️ Strong exposure to contract drafting, legal due diligence & secured lending documentation

✔️ Valuable understanding of pledge of securities and lending transactions
