We are looking for Legal Analysts with strong English communication and analytical/logical reasoning skills to support client communication, case processing, documentation, research, and coordination activities related to immigration cases.

Key Responsibilities
Guide clients regarding proprietary systems and case processing
Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and gather necessary information
Coordinate with caseworkers for processing client cases
Evaluate cases, identify concerns, and proactively escalate issues to the appropriate team members
Prepare forms, letters, documents, and correspondence for attorney review
Monitor the status of filed applications and petitions and finalize documents after attorney review
Maintain and update case-related information using document and data management systems
Prepare internal caseload reports for management review
Share process flows with assignees and discuss strategies and solutions for challenging cases with Attorneys or Senior Staff
Conduct research related to companies, industries, wages, processing procedures, and timelines
Coordinate with government agencies to obtain necessary information and escalate potential delays or issues to Senior Legal Analysts or Attorneys
Candidate Requirements
Strong English communication skills – verbal and written
Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
Ability to understand and evaluate cases and identify potential issues
Valuable attention to detail
Good documentation and coordination skills
Any Graduate

Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad
