Position: Haute Couture Fashion Designer – Lebanese

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Haute Couture Fashion Designer with a strong understanding of Lebanese-inspired couture aesthetics, luxury eveningwear, bridal couture, and red-carpet fashion.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional design sensibility and experience creating glamorous, feminine silhouettes with intricate hand embroidery, embellishments, draping, corsetry, and couture-level craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

· Research and develop original haute couture collections inspired by international luxury and Lebanese couture aesthetics.

· Create detailed fashion sketches, technical drawings, mood boards, and collection concepts.

· Design luxury gowns, evening dresses, bridal wear, cocktail dresses, corset gowns, and statement couture pieces.

· Develop innovative silhouettes using draping, structured corsetry, body-contouring techniques, and couture construction.

· Select suitable luxury fabrics, including tulle, organza, silk, satin, crepe, lace, sequins, and embellished fabrics.

· Develop detailed embroidery concepts using crystals, beads, pearls, sequins, cutdana, stones, appliqué, 3D flowers, and other couture embellishments.

· Work closely with pattern masters, sample masters, hand embroidery teams, and production departments.

· Supervise the sampling process to ensure the final garment matches the original design vision.

· Maintain awareness of international luxury fashion trends, red-carpet styles,



and couture craftsmanship.

· Contribute creative ideas for seasonal collections, fashion campaigns, and custom client designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Degree or diploma in Fashion Design from a reputed institute.

· 3–8+ years of experience in luxury womenswear, bridal couture, eveningwear, or haute couture.

· Strong knowledge of Lebanese-inspired couture silhouettes and international luxury fashion aesthetics.

· Excellent hand sketching and fashion illustration skills.

· Strong understanding of corsetry, draping, pattern construction, garment fitting, and couture finishing.

· Experience designing intricate hand embroidery and surface embellishments.

· Knowledge of luxury fabrics and fabric manipulation techniques.

· Ability to develop a complete collection from concept and sketch to final sample.

· Solid communication and coordination skills with sampling, pattern, embroidery, and production teams.

· Proficiency in fashion design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, or similar tools will be an advantage.

The candidate should be able to create original designs with a sophisticated, red-carpet-ready aesthetic while maintaining the highest standards of fit, detailing, and craftsmanship.
