Lead US IT Recruiter – Night Shift /n Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu /n Work Mode: Onsite /n Shift: US Night Shift /n Employment Type: Full-Time /n About the Role /n We are looking for an experienced Lead US IT Recruiter to join our Chennai-based recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in US IT staffing, technical recruiting, candidate sourcing, client requirements, and team leadership. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead and manage the recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements, from sourcing through placement.

/n

- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.

/n

- Handle requirements across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data/AI, DevOps, Cybersecurity, SAP, ServiceNow, and other IT technologies.

/n

- Screen candidates, conduct technical/behavioral assessments, and coordinate interviews.

/n

- Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and delivery priorities.

/n

- Mentor recruiters, monitor daily performance,



and drive team productivity and closures.

/n

- Maintain accurate candidate and submission information in ATS/VMS/recruitment systems.

/n

- Stay updated on US IT hiring trends, technologies, work authorization, and staffing practices.

/n /n Required Qualifications /n /n

- 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment, preferably with staffing/consulting firms.

/n

- Robust knowledge of US IT technologies, job requirements, and candidate sourcing strategies.

/n

- Experience working with W2, C2C, 1099, and different US work authorization types.

/n

- Proven ability to handle multiple requirements and meet submission/placement targets.

/n

- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

/n

- Experience mentoring or leading a team of recruiters is preferred.

/n

- Willingness to work US Night Shift from the Chennai office is mandatory.
