Job Summary- We are looking for a Senior Lead UI Designer to drive design strategy and execution for AI-powered applications and platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UI/UX design, accessibility, and human-centered design, along with the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class user experiences. This is a senior-level role.

Experience: 7-10 years.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design efforts for AI-driven applications and platforms.

- Drive creative and strategic design thinking to deliver intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences.

- Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA roles, inclusive design principles).

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and data scientists to integrate AI/ML model outputs into user-friendly interfaces.

- Build wireframes,



prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using contemporary design tools.

- Mentor junior designers and contribute to establishing design best practices and guidelines.

- Partner with front-end developers to ensure seamless handoff and design implementation.

Required Skills & Expertise

- Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision

- Prototyping & Wireframing: Axure, Balsamiq, Framer

- Front-End Collaboration: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular)

- AI Awareness: Understanding of AI/ML concepts, model outputs, and explainability (XAI)

- Accessibility Standards: WCAG, ARIA roles, Inclusive Design Principles
