Role Description The Lead SAP SuccessFactors role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules to support HR processes and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities include leading requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders, translating business needs into system solutions, and managing end-to-end project lifecycles for new features and enhancements. The role involves coordinating with IT, HR, and cross-functional teams, maintaining system data integrity, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The Lead SAP SuccessFactors professional will also guide junior team members, manage vendor interactions,



and drive continuous improvement through monitoring system performance, conducting impact analysis, and implementing best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Business Process design and optimization, with experience aligning SAP SuccessFactors solutions to organizational workflows.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for translating complex requirements into clear configurations, troubleshooting issues, and performing data and trend analysis.
- Consulting experience in HR or ERP domains, with the ability to manage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Practical exposure to SAP FICO or related SAP modules, with an understanding of how HR and finance data integrate across enterprise platforms.
- Expertise in managing Master Data, including governance, data quality, and maintenance across HR systems and integrated applications.
- Hands-on experience with multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning) and end-to-end implementations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and mentor junior colleagues.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in large-scale manufacturing or technology-driven organizations is an advantage, along with familiarity with global HR processes and compliance.
