We're Hiring: Lead – Operations | AndPayments

nnAndPayments is building the next-generation payments stack for Indian businesses — spanning Payments, RegTech, B2B SaaS, and Prepaid Instruments. As we scale toward Payment Aggregator (PA) and PPI operations, we're looking for a Lead – Operations to drive our core operational engine.

nnWhat you'll own:

n

n
- Payment &

• Merchant Operations – settlements, reconciliation, chargebacks, merchant onboarding &

• KYC/KYB

n
- Escrow &

• Banking Operations – RBI-mandated escrow management, nodal bank relationships, daily reconciliation

n
- Customer Operations &

• Support – L2 support, RBI-compliant grievance redressal, CSAT & dispute analysis

n
- Cross-Functional Coordination – operational readiness across tech, product, finance & legal
n
- Team Leadership – lead and grow a team of 5–6 professionals across operations
n

nnWhat we're looking for:

n

n




- 6–9 years in fintech/payments/banking operations, with 2–3+ years leading a team
n
- Hands-on experience at a payment aggregator, gateway, wallet, or RBI-regulated fintech
n
- Strong grasp of RBI PA/PPI frameworks, KYC/KYB, and NPCI products (UPI, IMPS, NACH)
n
- Experience managing escrow accounts and end-to-end settlement operations
n
- High ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment
n
