Job Summary :

We are looking for a Lead MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong technical expertise and proven leadership experience. The ideal candidate will not only drive solution design and development but also lead, mentor, and guide the development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end design and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with focus on the Field Service module.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
- Mentor and coach team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Review code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solution quality and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.




- Develop and customize solutions using C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, and HTML.
- Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Support deployment, testing, and production issue resolution.

Required Skills :

- Solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Field Service module).
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, and plugin development.
- Strong JavaScript and front-end development skills.
- Experience with Power Automate Flows & Integration.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience in Power BI reporting.
- Experience with SSRS Reporting.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service Mobile App.

Leadership & Soft Skills :

- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Ability to guide team members, review deliverables, and resolve technical challenges.
