We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates interested in building a career in lead generation and business development.
You will work on identifying potential companies and decision-makers, reaching out to them through different channels, qualifying interested prospects and helping generate new business opportunities.
You will work under the guidance of a senior team member and will be guided at every step of the process. You will not be expected to figure everything out on your own.
What You Will Be Doing
- Researching potential companies and decision-makers.
- Finding and building relevant prospect lists.
- Reaching out to prospects through LinkedIn, email and cold calling.
- Following up with potential prospects.
- Qualifying interested leads.
- Helping schedule meetings with relevant prospects.
- Updating and maintaining lead information.
- Learning and using different lead generation tools and our in-house systems.
- Working on campaigns targeting businesses across India, the US and other international markets.
What We Are Looking For
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- Willingness to learn and speak with new people.
- Comfortable with research, outreach and cold calling.
- A proactive and responsible attitude.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn or other online platforms is a plus, but not mandatory.
Guidance & Training You will work closely with a senior team member who will guide and support you throughout the process.
From understanding the campaign and identifying the right prospects to using different tools, conducting outreach and managing follow-ups, you will receive guidance at every step.
