nWe are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to generate qualified B2B leads, engage with prospective clients, and support the sales team in converting opportunities into business.

nKey Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, and online research .
n
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers and qualify prospects.
n
- Send skilled emails, introductions, follow-ups, and business proposals to prospective clients.
n
- Prepare and share draft agreements, commercial documents, and other client-related documentation as required.
n
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team for client discussions.
n
- Maintain regular follow-ups and keep prospect/client information updated in CRM.
n
- Research new companies, industries, and potential client segments.
n
- Track daily lead generation, meetings, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
n




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client requirements.
n

nRequirements

n

n
- 1–4 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Telesales, or Business Development .
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Strong email drafting and client communication skills.
n
- Good cold calling, prospecting, follow-up, and negotiation abilities.
n
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM and online research tools.
n
- Detail-oriented and capable of preparing professional client documentation.
n
- Target-oriented with strong follow-through and execution skills.
n
