Description As the F&A; Operations Lead, you will lead a wide variety of service lines. You will lead a team of 300 across more than 50 clients in the delivery of:
- Procure to Pay
- Order to Cash
- Record to Report
- Payroll
- Travel and Expense
- Controllership
- Audit Support
Profile We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Strong background in finance and accounting operations.
- Experience in 3rd party BPOs, both large and small
- Expertise in compliance and regulatory standards.
- Ability to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence using financial tools and systems.
