Location: IMT Rohtak, Haryana

Employment: Full-time | On-site

We are completing a precision-manufacturing facility at IMT Rohtak and are looking for a strong, hands-on electrical engineer to join our small owner-side engineering team during the final engineering, execution and commissioning stage.

This is not a routine facilities-maintenance position . The role requires someone who can independently develop and review engineering designs, calculations, drawings and technical specifications; challenge vendors technically; supervise execution; and take systems through commissioning and long-term operation.

Scope

- HT/LT electrical distribution
- Transformers, PCC/MCC/LT panels and DBs
- DG, UPS, batteries and emergency power
- Protection systems, APFC and power quality
- Earthing and lightning protection
- Machine electrical infrastructure
- BMS/IBMS and controls interfaces
- CCTV, access control and ELV infrastructure
- Develop and review engineering calculations, system designs, drawings, BOQs and technical specifications
- Vendor/OEM technical evaluation and discussions
- Site execution, testing and commissioning
- As-built documentation, maintenance planning and future expansion

Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of relevant hands-on experience preferred




- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
- Strong industrial/manufacturing/project experience
- Ability to independently develop and critically review SLDs, load schedules, calculations, equipment selections and technical specifications
- Practical exposure to HT/LT, DG/UPS, earthing and commissioning
- Experience dealing directly with contractors, consultants and OEMs
- Robust ownership mindset and ability to work effectively across disciplines

Experience in greenfield manufacturing, data centres, pharmaceuticals, electronics, precision engineering or other technically demanding facilities would be particularly relevant.
