Bajaj Finserv Web is a critical component of the company's omnipresence strategy. You will be working with India's largest NBFC's web and mobile technology stack, encompassing over 40 business lines and 230+ features, with nearly 500 million traffic and managing over 30,000 webpages.

It is an integrated platform offering a portfolio of products covering payments, cards, wallets, loans, deposits, mutual funds, and loans on lifestyle products, ranging from consumer durables to home furnishings.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead for App and Web Automation and Test Management to drive automation framework development, hands-on test execution oversight, and quality delivery across web and mobile (Android/iOS) platforms.

The Senior Lead – App & Web Automation and Test Management will build and maintain automation frameworks, manage test cycles, and lead a team of automation and test engineers to ensure high-quality, timely releases.

Duties And Responsibilities

- Build, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks for Web and App (Android/iOS) platforms using Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Develop reusable automation scripts and components for functional and regression testing.
- Support cross-browser, cross-device, and cross-platform test coverage.

Test Management & Execution
- Manage day-to-day test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting for assigned projects and releases.
- Use test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, qTest, ALM/TestRail) to track test coverage, defects, and release status.
- Ensure adherence to quality gates, entry/exit criteria, and release readiness checklists.
- Coordinate risk-based testing to optimize coverage and cycle time.





App & Web Automation Delivery
- Drive automation of functional, regression, and API test suites for web and mobile applications.
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) for continuous testing.
- Coordinate performance, security, and accessibility testing activities for app and web platforms.
- Support adoption of AI-assisted/self-healing testing tools to improve automation efficiency.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor a team of automation and test engineers.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to align testing with release goals.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management within the QA/automation team.
- Report quality metrics, risks, and release readiness to senior stakeholders.

Process Improvement
- Identify and implement improvements in test processes, tools, and automation coverage.
- Track metrics such as defect density, automation coverage, and cycle time to improve QA maturity.

- Build and stabilize automation framework for assigned App & Web platforms.
