Job Purpose To manage and deliver IT projects and initiatives for the 3in1 App & Web platform by coordinating with business, product, technology, QA, vendors, and other stakeholders. The role is responsible for effective project planning, execution, tracking, risk and dependency management, quality assurance, and timely delivery in alignment with business objectives and defined IT processes.Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

- Manage end-to-end execution of assigned IT projects from requirement initiation through production deployment and closure.
- Prepare project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery trackers.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, Business, Technology, QA, Architecture, Security, and other teams to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, scope, quality, and deliverables.
- Identify delivery risks, issues, and dependencies and drive them towards timely resolution.
- Ensure project documentation, approvals, sign-offs, and governance checkpoints are completed as per defined processes.
- Track project changes and assess their impact on timelines, scope, resources, and dependencies.

Application & Technical Delivery Management

- Manage IT initiatives across Mobile App and Web platforms, with a focus on Android and iOS application journeys.
- Develop a working understanding of application architecture, APIs, integrations, environments, release processes, and technology dependencies.
- Coordinate with development teams for solutioning, development, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Ensure functional and technical requirements are adequately understood before development and testing.
- Support investigation and resolution of production issues by coordinating with relevant technology and support teams.
- Ensure appropriate impact assessment and regression testing are completed for application changes.

Monitoring, Issue & Defect Management

- Monitor application/project issues across development, UAT, CUG, and production environments.




- Coordinate defect identification, prioritization, tracking, retesting, and closure with relevant teams.
- Ensure critical issues are escalated appropriately with explicit business and technical impact.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical production issues.
- Track ageing issues and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Maintain visibility of open issues, dependencies, risks, and action items through appropriate dashboards and trackers.
- Ensure adequate post-release monitoring and stabilization for major deployments.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as a key point of contact for assigned IT projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, Business teams, Technology teams, QA, Operations, Security, Architecture, and external vendors.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical/project deliverables in coordination with relevant teams.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.
- Ensure timely communication of project risks, delays, dependencies, and decisions.
- Build effective working relationships across functions to facilitate smooth project execution.Key Decisions / Dimensions
- Prioritize and sequence assigned project activities based on business impact and delivery timelines.
- Decide appropriate escalation of project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Recommend changes to project timelines, scope, and execution approach based on project assessment.
- Coordinate prioritization of defects based on severity, customer impact, and business criticality.
- Determine appropriate stakeholder involvement for issue resolution and decision-making.




- Recommend go/no-go decisions based on project readiness, testing status, defect position, and required sign-offs.
- Identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve delivery efficiency.
- Decide day-to-day allocation and coordination of project activities within the assigned team.Major Challenges

- Managing urgent production issues and ensuring minimum customer/business impact.Required Qualifications and Experience a) Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Master's degree / MBA in IT or a related discipline is an added advantage.

b) Work Experience

- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in IT project management, application delivery, or technology operations.
- Relevant experience in managing Mobile App and Web projects, preferably in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional technology teams and external vendors.
- Experience in managing end-to-end project delivery, including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Experience in Agile project management and software development lifecycle processes.
- Experience in defect management, production issue resolution, RCA, and stakeholder management.
