I am currently sourcing for a high-impact Lead Data Scientist / AI/ML Engineer to spearhead AI initiatives for one of India’s leading, Tier-1 Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) & Wealth Management Giants. ⏳ Experience: 10–12 Years
- CTC: ₹42 - 70 LPA (75% Fixed + 25% Variable)

What You Will Do (Roles & Responsibilities):
- Lead AI Product Pods across critical Credit Risk, Fraud, and Collections business units.
- Build & Scale ML systems for end-to-end lending lifecycle decisioning and underwriting.
- Own the full ML Lifecycle: Feature engineering, model training, deployment, tracking, and drift detection.
- Architect MLOps Infrastructure: Design robust, distributed ML pipelines using Kafka and Kubernetes.
- Ensure AI Governance: Stay ahead of BFSI regulatory compliance, model explainability, and safety protocols.
- Mentor & Grow:



Build and scale a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists.

- 10+ years of applied AI/ML experience with a clear engineering leadership background.
- Strong domain expertise in Fintech, Banking, or NBFC sectors.
- Proven track record of moving machine learning prototypes into scalable production environments.
