Job Requirements :

- 2-8 years of experience in direct or field sales within the insurance industry.

- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective leadership and strategy implementation.

- Robust understanding of life insurance products, policies, and regulations; ability to communicate complex concepts simply to customers.
