About the Role

nWe are looking for a highly driven Key Account Manager (Quick Commerce) to own and scale our business across leading quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have independently managed a high-value Quick Commerce account with complete ownership of business growth, advertising, assortment, and platform relationships.

nKey Responsibilities

nOwn the end-to-end business for one or more Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, and BigBasket Now.

n• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and category performance.

nManage listings, pricing, promotions, assortment, inventory, and platform visibility.

nPlan and optimize platform advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.

nBuild robust relationships with category managers and platform teams to unlock growth opportunities.

n• Analyze sales performance, campaign metrics, and customer insights to make data-driven decisions.

nCollaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

nMonitor competition, pricing, assortment gaps,



and emerging Quick Commerce trends.

nMust-Have Requirements

n3-10 years of experience in E-commerce or Quick Commerce account management. Must have independently managed at least one Quick Commerce account with:

nO *1 Crore+ business ownership

n*10 Lakhs+ advertising budget

nDemonstrated ability to take complete ownership of an account and drive growth. Strong understanding of Quick Commerce business metrics, platform operations, and advertising.

nExcellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and performance reporting.

nPreferred Background

nExperience with D2C/FMCG/Food & Beverage/Health & Wellness/Beauty/Personal Care brands.

nCandidates from high-growth consumer brands with strong Quick Commerce presence will be preferred.
