Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support the HR team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions. The candidate will be responsible for making initial calls to applicants, collecting candidate information, conducting preliminary screening, and scheduling interviews.

This role is ideal for a HR professional with 1–3 years of recruitment experience who has good communication skills and is interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review applications received through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Make initial telephonic calls to candidates and understand their experience, skills, current salary, expected salary, notice period, and job preferences.
- Conduct preliminary candidate screening based on the job requirements.
- Prepare and maintain candidate details and screening records.




- Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with the HR Manager.
- Schedule telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and interview panel members regarding interview schedules.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance, feedback, selection, and joining.
- Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Support the HR team in preparing job postings and sourcing strategies.
- Assist in offer coordination and pre-joining follow-ups.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support other HR and recruitment activities as required.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of recruitment / HR experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
