Role

We are looking for a Junior Odoo Technical Consultant who is enthusiastic about ERP technology and wants to build a career in Odoo development and technical consulting.

The role will involve working closely with functional consultants and clients to understand requirements, develop solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support Odoo implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Configure and customize Odoo applications under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Develop Python code, XML views, reports, and workflows.
- Work with Odoo models, fields, security rules, access rights, and automated actions.
- Integrate Odoo with external applications and APIs when required.
- Debug and troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
- Understand existing custom modules and make enhancements.
- Assist in data migration, import, and validation activities.
- Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Work closely with Functional Consultants to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Prepare basic technical documentation for customizations and developments.
- Continuously learn new Odoo versions, frameworks, and development best practices.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Python programming .
- Understanding of OOP concepts .
- Basic knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript .




- Understanding of PostgreSQL / SQL . and worked on Odoo.SH
- Familiarity with Git or other version-control systems.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Basic understanding of ERP concepts is an advantage.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Odoo Knowledge Candidates with knowledge of the following will have an advantage:
- Odoo architecture and framework
- Models and ORM
- Views and XML
- Wizards
- Security and access control
- Scheduled actions / Cron jobs
- Reports
- Odoo Studio

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Python/Odoo development.
- Fresh graduates with strong Python fundamentals and a willingness to learn Odoo are encouraged to apply.
