Role Description The Junior Lawyer will support senior attorneys in managing a diverse portfolio of matters, including corporate, criminal, family, and property-related cases. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents, and assisting in case preparation. The role involves coordinating with clients, attending meetings, and supporting negotiations and court appearances under supervision.

Lawyer will also help maintain case files, compile documentation for interactions with authorities such as SRA, MAHADHA, BMC, and MMRDA,



and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai.

Qualifications
