Role Description This is a full time, on-site Junior Graphic Designer role based in Bengaluru.

The Junior Graphic

Designer will support the creative team by producing visual assets for digital products, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphics and layouts, assisting with logo design and branding projects, selecting and refining typography, and preparing files for web and app use. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, developers, and marketing partners, following brand guidelines,



and iterating on feedback to ensure high-quality, consistent visual output.

The Junior Graphic

Designer will also help maintain asset libraries and contribute fresh creative ideas aligned with project objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a solid understanding of visual composition and layout.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to support brand identity creation and refinement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability across digital platforms.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar) and basic knowledge of digital design best practices.
- Ability to follow creative direction, incorporate feedback, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design projects; coursework or internship experience in graphic design or related fields is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
