JOB OPENING – CREATIVE DESIGNER & CONTENT CREATOR

Madras Square is looking for a creative and versatile individual to manage design and content requirements across our restaurant, events and hospitality brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media creatives, static posts, stories and promotional materials.
- Create and update restaurant menus, festival menus and marketing collateral.
- Develop creatives for food festivals, special promotions, events and seasonal campaigns.
- Write engaging content and promotional copy for campaigns, food festivals and social media.
- Plan, shoot and edit videos, reels and other short-form content.
- Photograph food, events, restaurant spaces and behind-the-scenes activities.
- Use Adobe Photoshop and other professional design and video-editing tools.
- Use AI-based creative tools for image generation, design support, content development and editing.
- Coordinate with restaurant and operations teams to collect information and complete creatives on time.
- Maintain brand consistency across all printed and digital communication.
- Assist the Operations Manager with coordination,



documentation and other supporting operational tasks when required.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and graphic-design tools.
- Video shooting and editing skills.
- Experience creating Instagram reels, static posts, stories and promotional content.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI-based creative and content-generation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and work within deadlines.
- Willingness to visit different outlets and events for content creation.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable supporting both creative and operational work.

Experience in hospitality, restaurants, food photography or event marketing will be an added advantage. Job Type: Full-time
